Trainer was engaging

Trainer is obviously knowledgeable. But: - no introduction i.e. No idea what his name was etc. Walked into silence. - room uncomfortable and hot - there was empty jugs of water...no introduction so no idea if that was for us or not.

Loved how interactive and well structured the training was. Excellent delivery and practical examples made learning easy. Love the trainer energy and delivery.
