Very captivating and Interesting

Very engaging course I was able to learn more things and practice my skills

I found John a very good trainer explaining things in a way that was easy to understand, gave us time to put our views and answered all our questions in a very professional and knowledgeable way.

Unfortunately we could not use the Hoist because the sling was missing. But the trainer was knowledgeable, patient and attentive to the trainee questions. Overall I appreciate the approach, the slides, and the examples used. Useful to have some handouts next time.

Very interactive trainer. Teaches with scenarios that made more it more understandable and relate to. Excellent trainer and teacher.

The training has equipped me with the update knowledge and information which i was not aware of changes in the areas I'm working at the moment.
