The training was ok

For the amount we paid for this course, they’re could’ve been more provided - at the very least snacks and water in the class.

Good practice

We paid a lot of money for the training, the freshment we got was appalling! We were 20 in the class, 2 packets of buiskits & I small milk for the whole class, no soya milk for people with allergies! The trainer asked me to go the shops to buy soya milk myself! The trainer was also very baised, he focused on a particular boy who spoke thesame language with him althrough the training. He was also very aggressive, held a boy on the neck pushed his head down on the manikin to force him to demonstrate the CPR practical. He should be banned from the training!

The trainer was so confident, friendly and sounded expert in the course content. Of the three similar trainings I have done, this one was eyes opening, inspiring and captivating. The depth of the trainer inspired me a lot
