I don't understand much English, but I was very confused because I couldn't use my cell phone even once. I attended classes without using a translator. So I concentrated very hard in class, and as a result I was able to pass the exam, which was great. However, I felt that this was a bit too strict. I don't use my phone for fun, so I would like to be allowed to use it.

Course Instructor delivered an engaging and informative concepts and i feel well equipped to apply the skills gain today. However , i suggest you improve on the projector for learners to see well from afar.

No wow factor

John is incredibly knowledgeable and made the training day really interesting. Wpuld have been fun to be able to have a go on the giant beanbag :) Thank you so much
