The trainer was very knowledgeanle very entertaining. Thoroughly enjoyed my day of learning. Learnt somethings that I did not realise could happen during a fire amd how to deal with it when it occurs

The trainer was friendly and very knowledgeable she made sure we all understood what was needed to perform each task. The venue had a terrible smell but besides that and the storm outside I left feeling like I accomplished what I went for.
