The training was very helpful

Good. Need to update the slides and videos

The trainer was good however the videos could not be heard made very hard and Micheal who works for you made hard for trainer talking over all time the course could have been a lot quicker Josh and Anthony very good I feel day 2 could be a lot shorter

All was clear & proactively explained

The training was comprehensive and Paul made it easy to understand by using different methods of delivering information. Trainees were given the opportunity to share lived experiences related to training content. Paul shared current developments related to the training which enriched our knowledge.
