The training was very well-structured, engaging, and practical. Gaynor demonstrated excellent knowledge and explained each topic clearly, making the information easy to understand. I appreciated the opportunity to practice hands-on skills with the equipment, which made the learning more memorable. The pace was well-balanced, and the trainer encouraged questions and discussion throughout the day. The venue was clean and well-equipped, though slightly more space for group activities would have been ideal. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience and highly relevant to my role.
