Enjoyed the training. It was delivered well

Faulty hoist at the centre.

The trainer was excellent throughout the session. They demonstrated strong knowledge and delivered the course content clearly and confidently. Even though the hoist was unavailable due to a fault, the trainer still ensured we received thorough and effective verbal training on its correct use, explaining each step in a way that was easy to understand. Their ability to adapt and still provide high-quality guidance was greatly appreciated. Overall, the session was engaging, informative, and very well delivered.

The CSTF training was to a satisfactory standard, demonstrations are clear and understandable. The content was relevant, well-structured, and appropriately applied to practice. I enjoyed the training and the trainer did absolutely well.
