The course came fully packed with a very good and comprensive learning experience.

We use the sling and the hoist was not charged. But the training was awesome.

The trainer lack humour that can make such a compressed training lively. The manner at which he handled trainees concerns were insensitive with lack of empathy.

Lack of refreshments and missing tables

Trainer very knowledgeable but alittle abrupt at times during practical resuscitation

Nice training, and the trainer is good, she answered every question and she gives ears to each and everyone.
