Nathan was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the session both informative and practical. He took the time to ensure everyone understood the techniques, and his hands on approach helped build my confidence when applying them in real life situations.

It is a very interactive class with hands on equipment for a proper practice. The trainer was clear and very good with his teaching.
