The training was good, but the time was limited

Venue had no microwave available to use to heat up lunch. Otherwise everything was good.

Great experience, however the room was cold Mandatory training paramount,maybe on a six month basis may be necessary,inaddition to building self confidence.

The training room was cold. The sound echoed making it hard to hear the trainer and other candidates’ contributions etc

Would have been helpful to have tables when doing paper work tasks
