Only good as a refresher or update. Natalie very knowledgable and friendly. A lot to put into a short session. Disappointed did not cover ventilation and have a machine to demonstrate, a lot of slides skipped over and briefly only referred to. Will certainly need to go and do further learning and research.

Kevin was really nice and was explaining everything in details. I really enjoyed my training and he enganged everybody which made training so lovely.
