The training Was very understandable and interesting as it can be applied our daily lives as well. It created a better understanding relating to Real life people and their perceptions.
Hands on and good factual information
The training was really engaging, learnt lots of new things and had practical experience on cpr, defribilator use and how to use a hoist and sling.
Presentation was vey good, active participation and questions allowed in between
