Great trainer..environment fely dull..need a window please

The course is very informative and required for providing a good patient centred care

Would have wished you get free coffee as the lady said I had to pay. Given how much I paid for the course drink should have been free. I wish the teacher spoke nicer to one of the pupils as I felt disrespected that he shouted at her and called her out
