Really enjoyed the day, very insightful and learned a lot

I really felt for the trainer there is simply to much info to deliver in one day with that size of class and it was impossible for him to demonstrate everything and actually finish on time. He was exceptionally knowledgeable his class management skills were incredible and I really felt for him because there were multiple people on the course that he had to tell them to get off their phones numerous times. One person told him to hang on whilst he was on a phone call and he had to be very boundaries and strict with the learner. I do question why these people were alllowed to pass. Perhaps if the trainers did the course over 1.5 days they’d have more time to address such issues and to demonstrate all practice elements. In addition the manual handling video was out of date and demonstrates poor practice however the trainer was very knowledgeable and able to address and point out the poor practice. He also had in Depth answers for questions regarding cpr, bls algorithm training and is an asset to your company but he is human and can only do so much in a certain time frame!

The training went well and all of us got good knowledge on all aspects of learning disability and autism especially with the help of two co trainers by getting the real life experiences of them. Overall the training was good. Thanks

London
The training was excellent. I felt the trainer used a bit too much funny role play

Some information was incorrect - incorrect use of sliding sheets. Class is possibly too big for 1 trainer, for example some cpr technique’s were poor and had to be highlighted by other people as the trainer was unable to watch everyone
