the trainer was excellent with a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, however, having only a single trainer on the course out al ot of time pressure on the trainer and even with their best efforts, the trainer was rushed to cover every technique and the course did not finish until 5:45pm. 2 trainers would be safer and would enable assessment of candidates to be conducted quicker and the coursem ateroal to be covered as per timetable.

Course was good and informative

The location is very difficult to locate.

The training was impactful and engaging. I loved every part of it I did suggest a better sits for the trainees

Well delivered class

Course content videos needs a little updating. They look a little dated. I.e. the old CRT monitor etc in the video pulled away attention. Some more physical practical elements would be a bonus however was good none the less.

Very educational and informative.

Some of the statements made by trainer were quite misleading and contrary to our national guidelines. His commented many times that people in high places or bosses may be friends and raising complains may have repercussions.

Great refresher course taught at the right pace
