The training was superb and the trainer made it interesting

It was an interesting afternoon. Wendy is clearly knowledgeable, very pleasant and caring. The hotel is well located and maintened. All went smoothly. No fussy, no bother! Well done to Wendy for increase my knowledge brain box. Thank you! Ps.: I suggest you don't show me marketing material(other courses video). If I wish to see those I can find online! My training day is primarily and essentially for learning purpose. Sorry.

Overall, the course was good, though clearer and more detailed manual handling demonstration videos would make it even better.

Trainer one of the best I have experienced. The venue ought to provide more hot drinks for a full day it was disappointing that we could only have 1 hot drink. Also lack of snacks was unfortunate for anyone who didn’t bring anything.

I have been to so many different training but this very one seems to stand out, she was very patient while taking us through the training and everyone has opportunity to practice one after an another 👍
