The Health and Safety Group Reviews

Our original trainer did not arrive to deliver the training. Communication about this had to be initiated by the course participants. The communication received from the Health and Safety Group was massively conflicting providing the participants with various anticipated start times and reasons of why the trainer would not be attending. We were told that there was a risk that we would not have enough time to go through all the training which was a huge stress seeing as I had booked myself and 9 of my team members on the training and we were unable to rebook due to our very busy diary commitments and loss of earnings for the day. I have ranked the training day higher due to Gemma who was our replacement trainer and was very knowledgeable and clearly an experienced trainer. I have now booked myself and my team on 5/6 one day training sessions and every one of them has had issues. The only reason I have continued to book on to the course is because of the convenient location and the fact we can complete it within one day which minimises our loss of earnings. We will be looking at alternative providers moving forwards.

Intense and quality training

Paul was informative, engaging and got everyone involved. It was a fun session and I learnt a lot thanks to Paul’s great teaching styles.

Venue cold

Trainer is really good. His way of explaining n teaching is good and understandable. I got good learning today. I'm happy with today's training.

Overall was good, the only problem was the ladies toilet, was dirty and no toilet paper.

The videos demonstrated improper technique when inserting a slide sheet. The bed height was wrong, and also when using the turn table the man had his foot on the equipment which surely isn't how you are meant to do it, surely if it were to spin he'd damage his knee?
