Really positive two day training learning new techniques and having opportunity to discuss issues and find solutions.

Overall we learnt a lot about the practical elements of m&h people. Learning wasn’t sent to us ahead of the training which we should have apparently had but Jill was able to adapt and ensure we all had the confidence before leaving.

It was a very interactive experience

Training was good as a refresher, feel if it was my first encounter with it could have been overwhelming and written, print outs of resource material or reference to video's to re-access would be advantageous.

Very well presented and professional

The venue was OK. But there was no parking. I had to park in the car park across the road from the hotel and it was very expensive for a day. (£13). I am disabled to so I found it to be a lot of walking be I even started the day.

I liked the example of experience and practice the best

Very basic training not sure it constitutes competency. I have done more in depth training in the nhs and for bank roles. This seems to be more of a tick box exercise on the agencies part🥹 not really impressed. Glad I didn’t have to pay for it. However the training lady was lovely.
