The training was very informative

Great experience, however the room was cold Mandatory training paramount,maybe on a six month basis may be necessary,inaddition to building self confidence.

The training room was cold. The sound echoed making it hard to hear the trainer and other candidates’ contributions etc

Would have been helpful to have tables when doing paper work tasks

Day too long

Yannek was an exceptional trainer, covering at the last minute for our scheduled trainer, and training us with clarity and professionalism. Very highly recommended and a pleasure to learn from.

The training was well explained, trainer was lovely and funny also
