The trainer really had time for each and everyone and thought us well

It was very impressive and interesting and very well done

Fantastic training. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Sue was really knowledgable and really helpful. Answered all the questions everyone had and made sure everyone was comfortable and confident. Plenty of equipment to practice on and lots of chances to have a go.

The venue didn't provide fresh coffee. So 1 flask was meant to last all day and the hotel didn't refresh water
