I just needed to be trained in one of the topics, in other topics , I am compliant . I don’t need to go in the hot weather to attend the whole course from 1:30 to 5:30pm. Nearly waste of time .
Too much information repeated and some of the wording was confusing. Had errors on the quiz that were caused by a glitch which I could not get rid of. Lost all my progress.
The trainers did their best, really good, couldn't imagined Reuben could deliver that way. I believe that training should have been online like tier 1, have hand-out to be able to go through later.
Mike is so knowledgeable. I like his directness and he knows really what to teach. It was also great to meet new diverse people. So engaging! 😃
