The trainer was pleasant and all aspects well explained and demonstrated.

The training was interactive and engaging. The trainer Stephen was fun and knowledgeable. This had been the most engaging and fun training session I have ever had.

Very good

The course content was so much and the numbers so great that there was a lot of rushed content. Discussion often went in tangents (participants rather than trainer) and this made it feel congested. Trainer was excellent however. Less people would mean more time to have meaningful discussion

It was an interesting afternoon. Wendy is clearly knowledgeable, very pleasant and caring. The hotel is well located and maintened. All went smoothly. No fussy, no bother! Well done to Wendy for increase my knowledge brain box. Thank you! Ps.: I suggest you don't show me marketing material(other courses video). If I wish to see those I can find online! My training day is primarily and essentially for learning purpose. Sorry.

Overall, the course was good, though clearer and more detailed manual handling demonstration videos would make it even better.
