Dan was a great coach, was very good at recognising when I needed further clarification and explanation on certain topics and used different techniques in order to help me understand. I would recommend BCF as a training provider for our company.

Chris was very informative and experienced trainer/tutor. Very calm environment for us as the learners to be trained. Expertly delivered by Chris today, learnt so much from him over past couple of days and I have gained some great knowledge to improve my practice as a clinical trainer.

I think having more time to spend on practice and reflection would have been helpful as there's not as much new content to cover at a level 7. However a lot of the discussion had was very helpful to my personal goals. Thank you very much Dan (who was excellent, knowledgeable, engaging and did a great job of quickly building rapport).

Wow! This course was so informative and insightful. I've come away with so much knowledge, enthusiasm, confidence that I'm ready to share with my colleagues in my organisation. It's been inspiring and validating for my own personal leadership journey. Laura was a fantastic trainer, clear in delivering content, helping me to understand the different techniques and theories and giving real world examples and allowing me the space to also share anecdotal stories in relation to what we were discussing.
