There was an expectation that the course would have focus on practical element and a good balance of classroom and virtual training, however after requesting this on the 2nd day the trainer did incorporate more of this

Great training and Saphire is very enthusiastic regarding the content of course. At times I did find some of the content PowerPoint heavy. Thank you SAPHIRE.
