Can take back pausing, listen more and the impact of what and leading questions.

I found the presenter to be engaging and knowledgeable. It was very interesting and I believe it taught me a lot. I now need to go away, implement what I've learned and continue my education about lots of the subjects mentioned.

I really enjoyed the courses. It certainly challenged my thought process for coaching and my speaking whilst delivering information.
