Very useful training. The first two days I thought the ration practice/listening could have been a bit higher with maybe some shorter exercises. I really enjoyed the stories the trainers told about their coaching practice. With this training it is as learning how to drive. You will only learn by doing it a lot and automizing the behaviour.

I like the fluidity of the session: structured but with space to deep dive into specific topics as they come up
