I thought they were both very friendly and engaging. I feel I can walk out of this course with a better mindset when it comes to training and feel extra confident that I can deliver training in a good way.

Fantastic course with great content. Trainer was very knowledgeable and patient with the delegates. I am quietly confident to take on a training session in my field of work.

I was looking forward to the course but also apprehensive. I really liked the small group and the layout of the two days really aided my understanding of coaching and mentoring and therefore my confidence levels. Laura was very knowledgable, paired us well and used her knoweldge of our backgrounds to tailor the training.

Really enjoyed the 2 days with Laura. She is very engaging and informative. Would happily recommend.

The session was really good overall and I feel like I have walked away with the knowledge to tackle leadership in the workplace and have grown as an individual. Overall really happy with this and very clear training.

Good course and learned more than what I thought I would have.

The course was much more than I expected - and so much better in terms of the content, delivery and what I am leaving with. Darren was excellent - putting everyone in the at complete ease but pushing us out of our comfort zone to become more confident trainers. Thank you!
