The trainer and course content were excellent. There could have been some more practical elements such as surveys or quizzes to check learning and be a little more interactive with for example, how would you deal with XX situation or person. However, our course only had 3 people, myself and two others who were in the same business and same zoom room, therefore the trainer did well to engage us all but it led to small discussions from only two business perspectives. Saphire did well to engage all of us and allow each of us to participate.
Great course, got everyone involved and discussed problems relevant to our team and business goals. On a personal level some great takeaways on leadership which I will be implementing in my career moving forward.
Very interesting and well done! Trainer was very engaging and informative. Only negative was that it could have been done in a day and a half rather than 2 days, as it became harder to engage.
I came into the course feeling quite anxious about presenting training and with Sapphire’s support I now feel confident to prepare, present and facilitate training.
