Chris was very good and knowledgeable and some real good tips to help me progress my ability to design and deliver training.
I feel so much more confident about putting together a training session than I did when I came here! Great tips and understanding the different learning styles and how to adapt, measure the effectiveness of training and encouraging feedback from delegates. Thank you Chris!
