The trainer made the course fun and knowledgable at the same time which made it easier to learn. On a side note....the text would not type in the diagram in the test sheet.
Very well presented course. I feel the audience engagement in this course is brilliant. The role play in particular, really pushes people out of their comfort zones. Some of the course material (knowledge test in particular) was a bit tricky to complete, felt the formatting to answer questions more time consuming than answering the questions themselves! Also, with the majority of the participants mostly using Teams, would have preferred this to be the option when invites were sent as oppose to Zoom. Overall, a really good course! Thank you.
I was very nervous and terrified of public speaking at first. But with help and lots of practical bits I completely settled into it and I feel more confident in myself to speak in front of a group of people!
