A great session, confirmed things I already knew and taught me things I didn’t. Would love to see a follow up session/another session about additional steps to delve deeper into some subjects - for example, how to write a TNA or how to arrange and design content

I found I took a lot away from this course as well as adapted knowledge I already had I feel as though my perspective has been broadened by this course and I would definately recommend it to other colleagues! Plus I feel as though the instructor was great she adapted to our work environment and really made the course feel personal to us.

Both trainers were very supportive and attentive, they both clearly care about continuous improvement and the plans laid out for future support were clear and informative. Found it a really useful course and will directly impact me in my role but also wider into the organisation. Enjoyed the extra time taken to go through the crib sheets and the assignment requirements.
