Useful and good insights into interview techniques.

A really useful session. I used a presentation I had given before and chose a particularly hard subject I need to approach with customers. Victoria was so helpful in critiquing the slides and my presentation skills. It felt like a real follow on from the face to face coaching I had a few months ago. I very much enjoyed it and I am looking forward to my next session

I started the day with a great deal of anxiety about my media skills and subsequent interviews I had lined up. The pre-training materials were useful in preparing me for the in person session with Mark and allowed me to build up a better understanding on the concepts. Mark, and also the camera operator Jonathon, were great in providing guidance alongside examples and feedback on my performance to further my understanding and enable my preparation for the upcoming filming event.
