Very comprehensive and teaches the foundations of accounting extremely well. Excellent!

Instructor was very engaging. First two days provided a good recap of accounting basics. Last day (M&A accounting, Stock based comp. and Pensions) provided valuable new learnings about topics that are usually not that well covered in university (even MSc Finance)

It was overall good materials and very useful content, fast-paced but I understand that is due to time constraints

Doing the examples and calculations was particularly helpful

Good introduction to the content

in the first 3 hours the instructor was covering the material very slowly, but at the end he was rushing to keep up with the time and I feel that the last 2 hours were very crucial and wasn't covered very well.

Useful fundamental introduction to accounting that was fairly interactive and clear to follow

Stefano is passionate and very knowledgable. A great instruction. Sometimes he moves too fast or too slow so maybe he could work on pacing a little bit, but he's amazing.
