Great content and design - the resources available to us students were so well designed and really did aid in our learning process. Great structure and planning all around. Tamer is a phenomenal professor, clearly makes an effort to connect w the students, and consistently demonstrates strong master of the content.

A great Course and a great instructor

I’ve sincerely enjoyed this week, and have learned a lot that will help me to get a flying start in our M&A team. And when I’ll be in doubt, I know I can find support in the decks and excel templates we’ve been through. I was truly impressed by our instructor Aasha's breadth of knowledge within modelling and M&A techniques. But the real reason for these kudos, was her special ability to deliver and convey complex information in an easily understood manner – and at a constantly high energy-level which kept my engagement up. I had already been through some of the topics at university and in my various roles, but Aasha was presenting it in a practical way that makes it stick – well done!

Professor Tamer Okaz was an outstanding instructor. He took the time to ensure students truly understood the material and was always willing to help when questions arose. He never rushed through topics and explained concepts clearly and patiently, creating a supportive learning environment that encouraged learning and success. The course materials were thoughtfully designed and well written. Everything was organized in a clear and accessible manner, and we had timely access to all required resources throughout the course. The structure of the course made it easy to stay on track and focus on learning.

Extremely helpful. Came in with minimal knowledge of Excel shortcuts and Finance/Accounting modeling
