Fantastic course. Only thing I would recommend is a more constant speed of content delivery. Occasionally it felt as if we'd spend a lot of time covering one topic and then speeding through others. could also be remedied by more time for this course in general, but that is most likely a function of the firm and not TTS. Thanks Michael!
Really enjoyable course with a great instructor. Ultimately, the content could've been streamlined into a one-week program.
Instructor is very helpful - he would make sure that we understand the concepts, which really made me feel that he teaches with his heart
Instructor was great and very engaging. Did a great job to get through the content in such a short period of time. I would of enjoyed some time to do a practice option valuation (Black Scholes etc.) but the instructor was told not to cover this.
The content was quite difficult but i think the instructor did his best in teaching it, i wish there were some prework or something for those of us who were confused during the class. overall i enjoyed mike as our instructor

Great teacher, but I personally found the content super simple. I know everyone has to sit through sections about their own products, but I thought some portions could have been taught faster.
I would've liked to go more in depth into the logic of modeling. I felt like the harder, more thoughtful parts of modeling where already laid out for us. Adding a debt model would also be helpful.
I wish the course flexed to the pace that the majority of the class wanted. It was a little bit slower and repetitive at times. The M&A class is very comprehensive and solid, though.
It was very interactive at all times and we finished all the content with good time. Content was explained thoroughly with multiple examples to ensure consolidation of knowledge and the resources provided are really good if we need to reference any teachings from the session. It was very interesting though, these skills we don't get the opportunity to learn properly outside.
