The instructor went through the content a bit fast but efficient due to the time limit

Instructor was very engaging. First two days provided a good recap of accounting basics. Last day (M&A accounting, Stock based comp. and Pensions) provided valuable new learnings about topics that are usually not that well covered in university (even MSc Finance)
