Step up in difficulty and sophistication over the last couple of weeks. Felix was great, added texture to the discussion by including snippets of ongoing stories and past deals to connect theory with practice.

Insightful lectures. Appreciate the cell by cell explanation of LBO modeling

Clear and effective way of explaining IBO modelling concepts. Felix's ability to convey the course material in an easy-to-understand manner greatly enriched the learning experience.

The first portion of this week's LBO Modelling topic prepared us well for the exam. Felix gave plenty of resources and time to practice. The sessions post-exam were slightly less engaging than the first, partially because it covered topics that would not be immediately relevant to members of our employer's PE deal team (e.g. spending more time discussing/modelling fund structures may have been more useful than the day spent on tax). I understand that for this to be relevant in the future, our employer would need to share more guidance with TTS on topic areas of interest. I would also suggest spending some time (even half a day) on discussing best practices for incorporating LBO findings into an investment pitch presentation.

Overall, the course provides a significant overview about LBOs in general including all related models as well as the advance excel sessions which I thought it plays an important role in building our models.

Good, however very quick and think should have started with EXcel training as 1st lesson
