The course requires additional refining in terms of model formatting, instructions, and instructional flow (meaning how the model files themselves develop alongside the course instruction). I was very happy with my instructor Sunil whose competence and availability was exceptional. I thought the venue's location and amenities were great.
LBO and M&A models were really useful to prepare us for when we participate in an M&A deal or a deal with a financial sponsor.
The course is a really good training to refresh basic concepts prior to joining our teams. The instructor is really good and engaging.
Toze was great as an instructor and taught us some very relevant skills. I particularly thought the excel training was extremely helpful.
TTS is always well done and very helpful. A little too slow of a pace this time around, but still great.
I think it would have been better if the instructor was at the office. This is because sometimes the connection wasn't perfect and also since it is a long course it makes it more didactic.
As an MBA grad, accounting course (first day) was repetitive to me. However, the excel modelling course was very useful. I really enjoyed all tricks & tips Johnny taught. I also like his energy and his attempt to engage everyone despite the challenge that we were all called in from different offices.
The content could be improved by discussing more in depth things. The pace was really slow on the first half of the first day, but after that it was better. The instructor was really good, he kept engagement throughout most of the event, he explained things very clearly and with patience, and the instructor shared several tips on top of just the base lesson which is really helpful and much appreciated.
