thank you - this was very useful and helpful to pause and reflect on the role of signatory highlighting the standards required to fulfil the role. Sue gave lots of helpful advice and guidance on the various parts of the role and responsibilities, refreshed me on relevant case law and clearly evidenced when and where to apply it. Feel a lot more confident moving forward.

Very clear, detailed and knowledgeable delivery of the course material. Some legal aspects of DoLS practice were made much clearer for me during the training session.
