Great trainer made it an interesting subject to learn.

It was very interesting, and it was clear that Jim was an extremely experienced trainer. There was plenty of good examples and practical exercises.

Having now completed a face to face course and an on line version, I felt so much engaged with the face course rather than the on line version. I feel this is so more interactive and hands on especially when considering and demonstrating the break away techniques

Very impressed. Trainer was engaging, clearly very knowledgeable and able to efficiently/effectively communicate the large quantity of information to us. Pacing was excellent and the presentation was well-organised and structured.
