Thank you for a very enjoyable 2 days. Francesca made the content extremely interesting and relevant to practice. The course content was really well suited to my role and has given me the confidence to support staff in a more knowledgeable way. I would highly recommend colleagues to attend.

The course was interesting and engaging the trainer asked relevant questioned and ensured everyone joined in which made for a interesting day. I really enjoyed her questioning us and acting out the courtroom cross examination. I have learnt a great deal. Thanks
