Both Richard and Jim are clearly very experienced trainers. They know the subject very well and always have a suitable answer to any questions raised. There course is pitched at a good level and is presented very well. The interviews (completed with Jim) were excellent and a very useful process.

There were many documents and switching between them was a bit clunky, However it looks thorough and something to refer to in the future

There was a good balance between delivering information, quality of presentation of information and breakout room activity.

Very knowledgeable trainer, i wonder if it would be helpful to have had some complex cases from our Trust to have a high level discussion about and allowing us to use the different frameworks in practice to think about it more, and more relevant to us, equally more national case examples would be very interesting. Recognising there is a time constraint.
