The course was very well facilitated by Fay and there were good discussions and interesting contributions from experts from different walks of life. I have only put a lower rating for course exercises/case studies because the exercises were quite limited, with most of the course a discussion format. On an IT point - I received a Teams invite, which I joined first as it was more immediately obvious than the Zoom link, which had to be navigated to via a weblink and login, so the joining process could be simpler.

Francesca was absolutely fantastic. Really engaging and extremely knowledgeable. Enjoyed the first two days a lot and feel a lot more confident in my own practice.

Sue has a profound knowledge of the subject and her passion for improving practice was infectious. The study materials were excellent. It came highly recommended and I can see why. It's fascinating to hear from a lawyer about the legal basis and practicalities of safeguarding. The highlight for me was relating it all back to first principles of human rights law.
