Excellent course. Fantastic delivery. Really helpful for medical professionals like me who are new to this role

Nick was very interested in all of our individual backgrounds and used examples of this through the training, he is very knowledgeable and was happy to take any questions we had (I had many!) I did like the fact we got the course material prior to the day to allow me as someone who has not had any experience in report writing to read ahead and put my mind at ease.

The trainer delivery of the course content is not only appropriate and timely but also relevant for daily use.

Very easy to listen to presentation style and covered a lot of ground Would have liked more case presentations/example reports/example sections to review - the 2 brought by 2 individuals attending the course were helpful

The trainer, Rob GRAY was superb and was clearly very knowledgeable of his subject. He was able to pass this knowledge on in a very interesting way and kept his audience. Really worthwhile course that I have already recommended to other people.

Absolutely brilliant course, would have loved to have an extra day just for discussions/questions and going over anything again. Trainer was excellent, very engaging and knowledgeable and able to answer questions and expanded on topics to give examples to bring it back to practice.

Very interesting and enjoyable course. I learned a lot but I don't think there is much which can be applied to my day-to-day role and investigations. However, I hope there is possibility that HMRC can look to provide opportunities to use these skills in our civil investigations.

I really enjoyed the training, it was very useful and enlightening and will make a difference to the way I conduct investigations going forward.
