Great trainer, extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Trainer was super engaging, and even though some subjects were quite mundane, it was made interesting by Tim by including everyone.

I thought this was a well prepared overview of what was taught to our teams. I also thought the way the course was constructed was excellent, using a breakout session and discussion of findings to loop back to the course goals. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer questions outside of the planned session (VPNs). Very good. Thank you.
