An excellent course, Richard shared excellent knowledge and I felt we all had a change to ask questions and become more involved. It did feel like I was handling loads of different pieces of paper as a result of the home printing I'd had to do beforehand. Would have welcomed a chance to have properly published and printed work books - much more useful to keep and use than hundreds of bits of home printed paper.

Would have been better for the course to provide examples of case reports - this could have saved some time in delegating groups to look through each case. however the exercise within itself was great - to be able to see the report in the eyes of the judge.

there were quite a lot of medical people on the course and it would help if were seperated as this would help use to be more specific to medical negligence claims etc

Great course thank you! It was great to hear all of Shabana's case examples to bring the topic to life and she made sure everyone was included and had chance to ask questions. Shabana spoke in plain simple language so we all could interpret and understand the different laws and legislations. There was a lot to cover but felt that we had enough knowledge of each topic to enable us to know how to approach any investigation that had a potential to go to an employment tribunal.
