Thank you for making the training engaging and easy to understand. It was great to be able to ask questions throughout, which assisted my learning. Having a trainer who is highly qualified and experienced, rather than an education trainer, is invaluable to learning in context. I found the legal side extremely interesting and Tim brought this to life really well for us. Within my role, the legal side is probably not as important as it would be for some of the other delegates but understanding the framework will support approach to interviews going forward. A lot of the information was similar to how I would already approach an interview but served to underline the correct process.
