The course seemed more relevant to criminal investigation

Course was interesting, with a knowledgeable and engaging trainer who presented the course well, with enthusiasm throughout. The content itself was interesting, although arguably not all of it was directly relevant to civil investigations; I think the course is quite geared towards criminal investigations. However, overall, the topic was an eye-opener on a subject that I had relatively little knowledge and experience of before, and some of this will be helpful in my role moving forwards.

Important and informative course, enables you to reflect on current practice and improve.
