Excellent course. Tips on cross examination and then watching someone being cross examined on real case very helpful. Very relaxed and friendly manner of speaker.

Interactivity of the training (break out rooms/flexibility to ask questions throughout) was really interesting and definitely supported my learning. It would have been good to have done this training in partnership with our trust IG team/trust safeguarding team ; information sharing; SARS requests; calls from parent not residing with child (think family); calls to MASH. This would facilitate theory to the application of practice.

Another fantastic course delivered from Bond Solon. Richard was a greater trainer, we were a large group and Richard really took his time to listen to questions from all those in attendance and adapt answers to their speciality.

I was not a fan of the social styles model as i do not like the concept of one size fits all for people, also the negative skills is something that can be anxiety provoking and upsetting to think others may see you that way without a supportive discussion around the purpose of these. One member of the group shared in a breakout room she did the exercise alone after the day ended and spent all night thinking about how she felt about her results as she was surprised and worried, it really impacted her evening. little bit of gentle feedback regarding facilitation of this exercise and the impact of comments, after everyone submitting their results most the group came up as amiable so the trainer said he would expect most of us to be amiable as nurses, i just wanted to share that as someone who came out a different type it felt like it was wrong as a nurse to have a different outcome and can potentially feed into 'cliques' and bullying behaviours that are sometimes witnessed in the workplace

Very well run and very informative course. I gains a better insight of the processes, my obligationsand my rights. I think such courses should become mandatory.
