Martin was knowledgeable it was easy to tell he knew his stuff, he made everyone feel involved and made the course relevant and engaging.

I thought the course was really good. I definitely feel more confident about my role as a first aider and also more competent. The course leader explained everything in an easy to understand way and he was very knowledgeable

Great course. The teacher was well spoken and easy to understand. The course was well presented and very clear about what to do during a fire. I've learnt alot from this course and feel confident in what to do during a fire. I've learnt alot from the course that I never knew before hand.
